The Telephone Bill
Elizabeth has been running up the phone bill! for her punishment she is put over the knee and gets a hard hand thrashing! Since she can't pay for the bill she will get paddled to teach her the value of money and consequences for her actions! She then must bend over as she gets the cane on her bare bottom!
